What is a keyboard fidget?

It’s a handheld fidget made with real mechanical keyboard switches and keycaps. Press the keys for the feel and sound of a mechanical keyboard, without connecting it to a computer.

What’s the difference between Clicky and Creamy?

Clicky has a crisp, noticeable click with each press. Creamy has a smoother, softer clack. Neither option is silent.

How do I choose my colors?

Select a base, color combination, and sound on the product page. Check the photo and selected option names before adding it to your cart.

Can I request a special color combination?

Yes—ask us before ordering. Availability varies, and a request is not confirmed until we’ve checked the colors and details with you.

Does a wrist lanyard come with my fidget?

The Mini includes a black wrist lanyard. For other styles, check the “What’s included” details in the listing.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We aim to show each combination clearly. Lighting and screens can affect how colors appear. Small surface variations are part of the 3D-printing process.

How should I care for it?

Keep your fidget dry and away from heat. Gently wipe the outside with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse it in water or pull pieces apart forcefully. Stop using it if a part becomes loose or damaged.

What should I know before buying for a child?

Fidgets contain small parts. Keep loose pieces away from young children and anyone who may put them in their mouth. Ask us about suitability for your intended user before ordering; adult supervision does not eliminate small-parts risks.

Are these therapy products?

Our products are for enjoyment and personal preference. We do not claim that they treat, diagnose, or prevent any condition.

When will my order ship?

Standard fidget orders are prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days. Shipping transit time is additional. For custom orders and event packages, we’ll confirm the timeline with your quote. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering. A requested date is not guaranteed without confirmation.

How much is shipping?

For standard online orders shipping within the United States, Standard shipping is $8 and Express shipping is $15. Available options and the shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Express shipping does not shorten our 2–4 business day processing time. For custom orders and event packages, shipping is confirmed in your quote.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email hello@thefidgetbar.com with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help with the next step.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll check the order’s status and what changes are possible. For custom projects and parties, review the terms supplied with your quote before payment.

How do I book a party?

Visit Parties & Events and tell us your date, location, and participant count. An inquiry does not reserve a date.

Do you work with companies and schools?

Yes. Start with Corporate Swag or For Educators. Include your quantity and deadline so we can review the right options.

I saw a product at a market that isn’t online. Can I order it?
