Before the party.
What do guests actually build?
We prepare the bases and install the switches ahead of time. Guests choose and attach their keycaps to complete their fidgets. No glue or painting is needed.
What comes in a party box?
Each 10-guest box includes 10 fidget bases with switches installed, ready to decorate; keycaps in four selected colors, sufficient to complete all 10 fidgets; four color-organizing bowls; 10 take-home bags and writable name labels; 10 paper activity mats; a host setup checklist; illustrated instructions; and a small sticker pack for each guest. Choose black bases, white bases or a mix. All boxes include Clicky switches unless another sound is requested. The Pocket Party Box offers a choice of Pocket or Classic bases. Colors are shared among guests; tell us beforehand if you need specific patterns.
How long is the staffed station available?
Your booking includes a 60-minute staffed station. Guests visit in small groups, and individual build times vary. Plan cake, food and other activities around the station. Setup and pack-down happen outside your service hour.
What do I need to provide?
For a box: a table, a pen for labels and an adult to guide the activity. For a staffed station: the venue, guest seating, adult supervision and a clear, level area of about 8 × 6 feet. We bring our station table. Outdoor events need shelter and a weather backup.
Can I add more guests?
Yes. The listed additional-guest rates apply up to 20 guests. Larger groups receive a custom quote. Each guest receives a small sticker pack.
Are shipping, travel or gashapon included?
Shipping, travel and applicable tax are quoted separately before payment. Gashapon is an optional on-site station add-on, with the number of turns and prize assortment stated in your quote.
When should I book, and what ages is it for?
Contact us as soon as you know your date; for shipped boxes, aim for at least three weeks ahead when possible. We confirm timing before payment and cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates. Tell us your guests' ages and support needs so we can discuss the setup. The products contain small parts and require adult supervision.
